Andrew's First Merit Badge

Last month, Andrew was awarded his very first merit badge as a Boy Scout. It was for Art. He has badges in the works for Photography, Geneaology, Geology, and Citizenship. I'm proud of my Boy Scout. Recently, I taught first aid to a friend's Cub Scout pack and he went with me. I had him go upstairs and put his uniform on. In the meantime, I found out that the scouts in this pack just wear plain clothes to their meetings, so I told him he could just wear his jeans and t-shirt afterall. He kept his uniform on and said, "No, MOM, I'm representing Troop 555. I'm wearing my uniform!"
