Last Sunday, the love of my life had a birthday. I won't share his age because I'm only three monthd behind him! We had a little party...just the four of us. It was great to just have dinner, cake, ice cream, sing and let him open his presents. Sometimes I wish we were more social like we used to be and throw more parties and go more places with friends, bit the truth of the matter is I really covet the time the four of us get to spend together.
Not a bad little cake arrangement for $10 at Sam's. Especially since our family's divided over the chocolate vs. white thing.
Can you imagine how much more he would have to inhale to blow out the candles if we had put the almost 3 dozen on there we were supposed to?
Make a wish! Okay, let me qualify that by saying, "Make a reasonable wish that you won't be too disappointed if your very tired wife can't fulfill." ;-)
