I don't have a picture of me, but I'll go ahead and tell you I was bawling like a baby. Several of us were crying, but I'm not sure I had any eye makeup left. It felt like receiving the lifetime achievement award at the Oscars! They've been together for several years and have never placed. Last year after they didn't place, I asked Judith, "What are we doing wrong?" She said she didn't feel like they were owning their script. We had always done the same script the high school puppet team was doing just in case their was an absence and one of our team members needed to fill in, they would know the script. So, this year, my team came up with the script on their own. I think it helped. Thanks for the prayers. I'm still on cloud nine!

I'm sure that seeing them do their best was the ultimate reward, but how cool to actually place after not having done so before. Perseverance doesn't always pay off in physical rewards, but it sure is fun when it does. Congrats!
