It's Official! I have a child in the youth group. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love youth and campus ministry. Growing up, they were the most important factors in my spiritual growth and once I graduated, I never really left these groups. Todd and I have been involved with these types of ministries since we met. We've already dubbed our bonus room, now that it has furniture, the "youth group hang out room." But, now, rather than our kids tagging along to occasional youth group activities, Megan is an official member! I'm so excited for her! I'm also trying not to think about the fact that this only means I'm getting older.

Wow! Sorry I missed the fun. I would have liked to duel with my pitchfork wielding husband. I'm not sure about the marshmallow toasting techniques, though; I'd have passed. Congrats on joining the ranks as a youth group mom!
Dana - if you are old, than obviously I am way over the hill. Therefore you are not old at all, just fortuate enough to be able to be a part of the youth group while you are still young :-)
Okay.... I am still feeling old due to the fact that Megan and Andrea are now in the youth group. We can't wait to have them in class very soon.
