Blast from the past

Wow...I really am in 80's mode. After I made my last post, I got curious about that friend of mine (my first kiss). I decided to google him and I found him. We emailed briefly last night and gave each other the very short version of what we've done with our lives in the last 20 years. I'm totally blown away by just how small the world can be with the internet. It was a sureal experience. Makes me want to go watch that movie "13 Going on 30" or something. I'm completely tickled. For me, it's a real treat to get to reconnect to any part of my past. I moved so many times and lived so many places. I can't just walk into my parents' house and see all my memories in one place. I can't drive by that school I used to go to or call that friend I haven't talked to since elementary school. For the most part I have no idea where they are. So, it was great to talk with him and jog my memory about friends I haven't thought of in years. I guess it's never to late. Try it. Reach out and touch someone. It's cool!
