Yesterday was a little nuts. I always said I would not be one of those parents whose kids were so involved in so many activities that we meet ourselves coming and going, but I guess I've failed there. Yesterday we had a 1:15 orthodontist appointment, a 5:00 guitar lesson, a 7:00 homeschool choir concert, a 7:15 softball game and had to miss the 6:45 Boy Scout meeting and the last minute 7:30 baseball practice. It's hard to see your kids involved in things they lovc to do and try to consider ways to cut back on activities in favor of more family time and less stress.
Anyway, the choir concert went well and Megan's softball team won their game 17-5. We sang for the fire chief's dinner at a local volunteer fire department. The enjoyed the patriotic songs, especially the one about them being our heros. Only two more days of school after today and that will be one less thing to have to contend with!

Maybe it will be a little less hectic when you are finished with school. They seem to enjoy all they do.
