One of the things I love most about homeschooling is the flexiblity to take field trips and visit 
places when we want to, and more importantly, when others are in school and things are not crowded. Last week we enjoyed a trip to Diamond Caverns. It was the first time I had been. I've been to Mammoth Cave, and to the cave at Kentucky Down Under, and I'd have to say Diamond Caverns is my favorite. It's a wet cave, so it has many more beautiful formations.

We have never been there either. It looks pretty neat. I will have to put it on the list of places to take Emma once she gets a little older.
