Last Full Day of Paradise

I really wanted to spend the last full day of our trip lying on the beach since I was afraid of going back to Kentucky without much of a tan, but I would've regretted not seeing the north side of Kauai. We packed a lot into the day, but it was awesome. We saw the Kilauea Lighthouse.... I introduced the Dunns to letterboxing...
We stopped at some beautiful scenic overlooks...
Explored a giant cave across the street from the beach...
Looked out upon the taro fields in the Hanalei Valley...

Michael finally got his orange shave ice...
We went to Ke'e beach, which is as far north as you can go before hitting the Na Pali Coast from the other side of the island than when we took the boat tour...
Found a beautiful mountain stream....
Had a little fun (I want to challenge any of the other GWP elders to do this pose)...
Shopped and ate Bubba Burgers at Hanalei...
Found an awesome photo op on the side of the road in Princeville...
Found another waterfall while looking for another letterbox...
And, witnessed yet another perfect sunset......
