Sunsets and Seafood

Monday morning, Todd and I went to listen to a timeshare spill because they were offering a round of gold for 2 for FREE (a $160 VALUE)! Yippee! I'll tell you more about the golf later, because it was awesome. Then, we hung out around the pool a little while. Shelia and I went to do a little shopping in the alfternoon. This was the sunset Shelia and I had to pull over and photograph on the way back from shopping.....Then, it was date night on Kauai! Todd took me out to a romantic dinner. It was my big seafood splurge for the trip. Okay, it was also an excuse for me to wear the dress I bought on Maui for the luau again. (It'll be too cold when we get home!) I LOVE seafood, especially shellfish. And, I hate fried seafood. Fried seafood is for non-believers. It was marvelous! I had salad, shrimp, scallops, lobster, mahi mahi, potatoes and veggies (oh yeah, and steak).....my dream dinner! This whole Hawaii thing is awesome....good food, good atmosphere, good weather, and good....no, wait, I mean GREAT company!
